My choke keeps engaging due to vibration. Bunks are strong vertically, but can't slide a log horizontally. Carriage tracks will bend easily if struck by a log, but they can be hammered straight. The exhaust from the small motor will melt the top of the plastic blade cover. The ceramics wear at the front (considering my blade dive issue) so need to be spun. Norwood recommends adjustments after every log. Ceramic blade guides require constant adjustment. Minor point, but it renders the shafts inaccessible to adjustment and takes time to assemble. Unclear why they market the laminated saw head as a selling feature. The bed is strong and really designed to be used as a trailer. Bed is over-engineered for a stationary mill so there is a cost that wasn't necessary for my use. Bed sections are 4', which helps with delivery cost, but I suspect most owners would gladly pay higher delivery for a solid bed or longer sections. Multiple parts that need to be maintained/adjusted.

Time is money, so count that against the price of the mill. If the instructions were clear and up-to-date, maybe I could have done it in 2 days.

This took me 3 full days and many questions. Highly recommended - but factor that cost into the price. I bought and retrofitted Cooks roller guides which are adjustable in every way and allow slight downward pressure on the blade which helps keep it fixed. Mills should be adjustable for level/plumb. The carriage sloped forward slightly, and therefore the blade as well, and there isn't a way to adjust that. This was by far my biggest issue and caused wavy unusable boards and blade stress. Variety of magnetic width scales available that are easy to swap out. Height adjustment is precise and quick/easy to crank. Upgradeable, but the only upgrades I require are more bed sections. Probably the cheapest mill available that can handle 3' logs. Until I solved my HD36 blade dive issue (at a cost), I have to admit that I wasn't liking my decision. But, for a manual, stationary mill, the Woodland Mills would likely have worked for me for about 1/2 the price.
